FAQ

Is it free?

Yes — free and open source. No accounts, no payments, no limits.

Will it leak my privacy?

No. Your photos and the AI processing stay in your browser — nothing is ever uploaded to any server.

What devices are recommended?

It is optimized for desktop Chrome — use Chrome for the best speed. Other modern browsers also work.

How do I delete a downloaded model?

Open the ⇄ Change model button on the edit page, find the downloaded model and click Delete to free the storage.

Can I use my own model?

Yes, if it matches the LaMa requirements. Open ⇄ Change model on the edit page and set a model URL to download, or upload a local .onnx file.

Do I need an internet connection?

Only the first time. The LaMa model is downloaded once on first use, then cached locally — later runs work fully offline.

Where do the models come from?

The built-in models are community-packaged LaMa ONNX exports hosted on Hugging Face (g-ronimo/lama, roughly 62–209 MB each). They are downloaded on demand and cached locally. You can also add your own model via a URL or a local .onnx file.
