By using inpaint, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service

inpaint provides browser-based tools for masking and removing unwanted elements from images. Processing is performed on your device. The service may change, become temporarily unavailable, or stop supporting a model or browser.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the images you process and the results you create. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to use an image. Do not use inpaint for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity, or to violate another person's privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.

Third-party models

AI models may be provided by third parties and may have their own licenses and terms. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with those terms before using a model.

Ownership and responsibility

You retain your rights in your images. You are responsible for reviewing generated results before using or distributing them. AI results may be inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular purpose.

Disclaimer and limitation

inpaint is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every device. To the extent allowed by law, Zkraft is not responsible for indirect losses arising from your use of the service.
